Adam Johnson

Adam Johnson – U.S. Air Force

Adam grew up in Hamilton, Massachusetts and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2016 with a B.S. in History. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an Air Force Intelligence officer and enrolled at King’s College London where he obtained his M.A. in War Studies. He was then assigned to the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing where he deployed to Qatar to take part in Operation Inherent Resolve’s anti-ISIS operations in Iraq and Syria. Before leaving military service, Adam supported the Air Force’s acquisition of next-generation cyber hardware and software at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. In his free time, Adam enjoys skiing, trail running, and discovering the natural beauty of New England.

Maclean (Mac) Lalor

Mac grew up in Needham, Massachusetts. He commissioned as an infantry officer in 2015 after graduating from the United States Military Academy with a B.S. in Management. He was first assigned to 1-503 IN in Vicenza, Italy where he served as a Rifle Platoon Leader from 2016-2018. Following his initial assignment, Mac served in 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment in Tacoma, Washington and completed two combat deployments to the Middle East. Following the Captains Career Course, Mac served in 25th ID in Hawaii as a Rifle Company Commander in 2IBCT. Mac spent his final two years on active duty Army as the commander of the Army’s Jungle School in Wahiawa, HI. Mac has a wife and three kids. He plays A/B hockey, enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with family.

Andrew Heiny

Andrew was born and raised in Arvada, Colorado and is a 2014 graduate of the United States Military at West Point where he earned a B.S. in International Relations and commissioned as an Infantry Officer. Upon commissioning, he was first assigned to Fort Bragg, NC, where he served as a Rifle Platoon Leader and Scout Platoon Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division. In 2016, Andrew was selected to serve in the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Here, he would lead a Ranger Rifle Platoon and deploy to Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan.

In 2019, Andrew attended the Special Forces Qualification Course, earning the Green Beret in 2021. As a Green Beret, he led a Special Forces Detachment (Alpha) in the 10th Special Forces Group, specializing in combat diving operations and deploying to Europe. Subsequently, he served in a joint intelligence task force before concluding his service in July 2024.

Presently, Andrew is enrolled at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business alongside his wife, Kayla. He enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing in the Upper Valley.

Andrew grew up in Westford, MA and is a 2012 graduate of The George Washington University where he completed a dual B.A. in History and International Affairs. He earned his Wings of Gold in 2014 and reported to VFA-213 Blacklions in 2016 where he completed a combat deployment onboard USS George H.W. Bush as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Andrew is a 2019 graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), and he served as a Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor and the west coast’s Close Air Support subject matter expert at Strike Fighter Weapons School Pacific. He then reported to VFA-41 Black Aces as the Training Officer where he deployed to the Indo-Pacific in 2022 before concluding his active service as the Strike Operations Officer at Carrier Air Wing Nine.

In their free time, Andrew and his partner Samantha enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, Tripod hockey and touring breweries around the world.

Michael Ford

Michael Ford – U.S. Navy

Michael grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, and graduated from Villanova University in 2018 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. After graduation, he was commissioned into the United States Navy and completed the Navy Nuclear Power Training Pipeline, qualifying to lead nuclear reactor operations. Assigned to the fast-attack submarine USS Missouri (SSN-780) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, he led the reactor laboratories division and served as assistant engineer. He completed a successful seven-month deployment to the Western Pacific, leading missions as Officer of the Deck, and was certified as a Naval Nuclear Engineer by Naval Reactors and the Department of Energy. Following his time on the Missouri, Michael established the Naval Submarine School Detachment Kittery at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, where he set up a fully functional training facility and trained four homeported crews in advanced nuclear power operations and submarine tactics. Michael and his wife, Emily, are proud dog parents to Millie, frequent farmers markets across the Upper Valley, and are avid runners.

Tanner Dasso

Tanner grew up in Springfield, MA, and graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2017 with a B.S. in marine engineering. After graduation, he was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps and was assigned as a logistics officer. He was then assigned to the 1st Marine Corps Logistics Group aboard Camp Pendleton, CA. He most recently served as the Officer Selection Officer in Albany, NY, where he was responsible for recruiting across numerous college campuses. In their free time, Tanner and his wife, Amy, enjoy running, golfing, hiking, and cooking dinner together.

Axel was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2015 with a B.A. in political science. He commissioned into the U.S. Marine Corps and was assigned to Flight School in Pensacola, Florida. Upon graduation, he went to San Diego, California and flew AH-1Z Attack Helicopters for seven years, ending as a Weapon and Tactics Instructor. During that time, he completed two rotations to Okinawa, Japan as part of the Unit Deployment Program and 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit. Of middling ability in skiing, rock climbing, sailing, free diving, and woodworking, Axel fills his time exploring the Upper Valley and trying new hobbies.

JB grew up near Seattle, Washington and graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2019 with a degree in International Relations. After West Point, JB branched Armor and spent just over 5 years in the Army. He was assigned to Joint Base Lewis McChord in Washington state and served in a variety of roles in 2-2 SBCT’s Cavalry Squadron. During that time JB participated in a rotation to Camp Hovey, South Korea as well as numerous training exercises at the Yakima and National Training Centers. In his free time JB enjoys running, reading, and yelling at Seattle sports teams through the TV.

Tom grew up in northern Virginia and graduated from Duke University in 2019 with a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies (Arabic concentration). After graduation, he was selected for the Surface Warfare community and reported to Norfolk, Virginia for training. After completion of training, he served as a division officer across two different amphibious war ships, the USS San Antonio and the USS Carter Hall, out of Hampton Roads, working in operations and deck department. He completed two deployments, both to the Mediterranean and Middle East, as well as numerous bilateral operations with allied militaries. Tom lives with his wife, Kristen, and enjoys working out, snowboarding, and watching Duke Basketball.

Zackary White

Zackary is a native of Everett, Washington. He graduated from Norwich University in 2017 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and subsequently commissioned as a submarine officer. After completing nuclear power school, he re-designated to the Civil Engineer Corps and spent 3 years aboard Naval Air Station Lemoore, acting as the Assistant Public Works Officer, overseeing the base utilities and maintenance. After Lemoore, he moved to Marine Base Quantico and served as a Construction Manager. Zackary is married to Katelyn, and together they have 2 boys, Russell (4 years old) and Jason (3 year old). In his free time, he enjoys long distance running and hiking.

Alex Dube

Alex is originally from York, Maine. She graduated from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Government. During her first tour, she led fisheries conservation law enforcement and counter-narcotics missions on board Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba, homeported in Boston, MA. Then, she directed oil spill clean-ups and coordinated search and rescue missions at Coast Guard Sector San Francisco. Next, she served at the White House Military Office, where she planned presidential events and managed top-secret programs in support of the President, Vice President, and Senior Executive Staff. Finally, she led maritime safety and security missions at Coast Guard Sector Boston. Alex is pursuing her MBA from Tuck as a transition pathway to the private sector. She and her husband, Garrett, enjoy exploring the Upper Valley with their two kids, Clara (4) and Connor (2.5).

Craig Thomas

Craig grew up in Bradenton, Florida and earned a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College in 2019. He commissioned from Army ROTC as a Signal Officer; after completing training in Augusta, Georgia he was assigned to Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He served as a Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer for the 4th Infantry Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBN) and was recognized as the 2022 Fort Carson Junior Officer of the Year. His next assignment was in Columbia, South Carolina where he served as a Company Executive Officer and as the Battalion Operations Officer (S3) for a Basic Combat Training (BCT) battalion.

Craig left the Army as a Captain in 2023 and worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon before starting his MBA at Tuck. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking, and attempting to learn winter sports.

Daniel Castro

Daniel was raised in Los Angeles, California, and graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in management. Upon commissioning as an Infantry Officer, he was stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he served as both a rifle platoon leader and a heavy weapons platoon leader. Later, he took on the role of executive officer for an Anti-Tank company. Following his time in Colorado, Daniel was selected to command a BCT company in Columbia, South Carolina, ahead of attending the Maneuver Captains Career Course (MCCC). He spent his final year in the Army as a company commander before choosing to pursue an MBA at Tuck.

Outside of his professional life, Daniel is a devoted husband, a proud father to one son, and the owner of two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, camping, snowboarding, and making the most of his time with family.

Jack Pashby graduated from North Carolina State University in 2019 with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Nuclear Engineering. After his studies, he was commissioned as a Naval Officer and began training in the Navy's Nuclear Power Program in Charleston, SC. Upon completing his training, he was assigned to the USS San Francisco (SSN 711), where he led nuclear, mechanical, and electrical testing during its transformation into a Moored Training Ship (MTS).

Jack later earned his Naval Nuclear Engineer qualification, a joint certification issued by the Department of the Navy and the Department of Energy. He was promoted to Shift Engineer on MTS 711, managing a crew of 200 and overseeing nuclear operations, training, and certifications. In the final year of his tour, Jack served as the ship's Chemical and Radiological Controls Assistant, responsible for long-term maintenance planning and ensuring compliance with strict regulatory requirements.

Outside of his professional life, Jack enjoys playing the violin, collecting coins, gardening, and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Lexie, share their home with their dog, Ellie.

Brooke is a native of Portland, Maine. She holds a BSBA in Finance and an MS in Accounting from Suffolk University. After completing her graduate studies, she attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC, followed by Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA, where she was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve. Brooke has completed two overseas assignments to the Middle East and West Africa, where she trained alongside the Jordanian and Moroccan armies. Currently, she serves as a Civil Affairs Officer, holding the roles of Company Commander and Jumpmaster at Fort Liberty, NC. In the civilian sector, Brooke has experience in trade audit at BNY Mellon and most recently worked as a Consulting Manager at PwC. Matt grew up in Massena, NY. He graduated from West Point in 2017 with a BS in Systems Engineering. Following graduation, he served as an Infantry Officer in the Army. During his first assignment at 2nd BDE “Strike”, 101st Airborne Division, he served as a light infantry platoon leader and company executive officer. Following the 101st, Matt served in the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment “The Old Guard” as the leader of the Honor Guard’s Presidential Escort.

Matt left the Army in 2022 and worked for 2 years as an associate at McKinsey and Company prior to coming to Tuck. In his spare time, Matt enjoys coaching boxing, playing blues harmonica for the Tuck 26 Band, tripod hockey, snowboarding, and cruising the Upper Valley on his motorcycle.

Jordan Wood

Jordan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2016 with a B.S. in Economics. Upon graduation he commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Field Artillery. Jordan attended the Basic Officer Leader Course (BOLC) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Jordan’s first assignment was in 3rd Brigade, 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, Colorado. While in 3rd Brigade, 4ID Jordan served as a Fire Support Officer, Fire Direction Officer, and Platoon Leader. In 2020, Jordan departed Fort Carson to complete the Captain’s Career Course at Fort Sill. Upon completion of the course and promoting to captain, Jordan reported to the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas. While a part of the 1st Armored Division he served as Battalion Fire Support Officer, Battalion Fire Direction Officer, Paladin Battery Commander, and Headquarters and Headquarters Battery Commander for the 1st Armored Division Artillery.

Jordan is married to his wife, Caroline, and his two kids. In his free time, Jordan enjoys wood working, CrossFit, sports, and holds a Private Pilot’s License.

Matthew Sindelar

Matthew Sindelar – U.S. Air Force

Matthew grew up in New Bremen, Ohio, and enlisted in the Air Force after high school. He studied Mandarin Chinese at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California, and served as an airborne cryptologic linguist with the 43rd Electronic Combat Squadron onboard the EC-130 Compass Call. In 2013, Matthew was selected for a temporary duty assignment to represent the Air Force as an athlete on the All-Air Force National Men’s Volleyball Team and later represented the U.S. Armed Forces as a middle blocker on the All-Armed Forces National Men’s Volleyball Team.

After completing his enlistment, Matthew attended Dartmouth College, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Chinese and Economics. While at Dartmouth, he also competed on the Division I track and field team, earning podium finishes in the decathlon at the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Ivy League Championships.

Post-Dartmouth, he joined PwC’s Forensics and Investigations team, specializing in global corporate intelligence. His work focused on providing insights into anti-corruption/anti-bribery compliance, human rights violations, and white-collar crimes, shaping strategic direction for clients around the world. Outside of his professional career, Matthew serves on the board of directors for the Gay and Lesbian International Track and Field Association (GLITA), promoting diversity and inclusion in the sport. He also continues to compete internationally, having most recently participated in the 2023 International Gay Games in Guadalajara, Mexico, and the 2024 EuroGames in Vienna, Austria, winning the overall gold medals in the High Jump and the 110 High-Hurdles at both events.

Christian grew up in Underhill, VT. He graduated from West Point in 2015 with a BS in Geospatial Information Science and commissioned into the Infantry. His first assignment was in 2nd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, HI where he served as rifle platoon leader and reconnaissance platoon leader. He subsequently served as the operations officer for the U.S. Army Jungle School. Following graduation from the Maneuver Captain’s Careers Course he served as a Ranger instructor at Camp Rudder, FL. Christian then became a Functional Area 40 – Space Operations and joined the space team in the G3 at U.S. Army Pacific Headquarters at Fort Shafter, HI. He enjoys writing, painting, and being outside.

Hardy Merrill

Hardy was raised in New Hampshire and Vermont. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in history from University of New Hampshire in 2011. After commissioning into the Army Infantry, he served in 2nd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, HI. He served as a rifle platoon leader, company executive officer, and assistant operations officer.

Hardy attended the Army Special Forces Qualification Course in 2016 and earned his Green Beret in 2018. He subsequently deployed to Afghanistan with 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) as the deputy chief of operations. In 2020, Hardy led a Special Forces team in Ukraine. Hardy left the Army in 2023 and spent a year at a pharma start up – Pirouette Medical Inc. before matriculating at Tuck School of Business in 2024.

He spends his free time tinkering with his campervan, mountain biking, and skiing.

Jason Gaines

Jason grew up in Cheverly, MD. He graduated from Morehouse College with a B.S. in biology in 2013, where he commissioned into the U.S. Army as a Logistics Officer. Upon commissioning, he served as a platoon leader at Ft. Lee, Virginia. Pivoting to the U.S. Army Reserve until separating, Jason concurrently pursued his lifelong passion of healthcare and obtained his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Mercer University in 2018. Post-Mercer, he completed his post-doctoral fellowship at Eli Lilly and Company in Corporate Affairs before completing a variety of roles spanning from marketing to business development. In his free time, you can find Jason mentoring underserved youth, trying new winter sports in the Upper Valley, and finding the best cigar and bourbon pairing.

"Tali grew up in Kiryat Shmona, Israel. She served as a Logistics Non-Commissioned Officer in the IDF between 2015 – 2017. She served in Havat HaShomer basic military training base that focuses on training young male soldiers who come from fractured backgrounds. The most rewarding part of her military service was to witness young soldiers overcome the challenges, acquire aspirations and ambition, and succeed in their life journey.

Following her military service, she attended St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, majoring in Economics and Statistics. Tali spent two years working as a business analyst at Fidelity Investments on their Asset Management Technology team prior to her enrollment at Tuck.

Brian Rojas

Brian Rojas – U.S. Air Force

Brian was born and raised on Long Island, New York. After earning his bachelor's degree in biology from the State University of New York at Albany in 2011, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force to become a Pararescueman (PJ). He has served with the 58th Rescue Squadron in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is currently a reservist with the 304th Rescue Squadron in Portland, Oregon.

Brian has deployed to Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, where he performed Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) and augmented operations with 1st Special Forces Group and SEAL Team 3. Additionally, he contributed to multiple civilian rescues, including hoisting an injured sailor 1,000 miles out at sea and high-altitude rescues on Mount Rainier.

Brian is married to Alexandra – his partner in crime. In his personal time Brian likes to get after it at the gym, on the slopes, and in the water.

Evan Blaskowski

Evan Blaskowski – U.S. Marine Corps

Evan grew up in Colorado and is a 2020 graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder where he earned his B.S. in Neuroscience. Evan was commissioned into the U.S. Marine Corps in 2020 and was given orders to The Basic School (TBS) and Infantry Officer Course (IOC). Upon completion of training, Evan was assigned to 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment (3/1) in Camp Pendleton, California. At 3/1 Evan served as an Infantry Platoon Commander, Executive Officer, and Fire Support Team Leader. Upon discharge from the Marines, Evan moved to Brazil and has been building a company to connect veterans and others to novel treatments for PTSD and related disorders. Presently, Evan is enrolled in Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He enjoys snowboarding, fishing, building apps, Jiu Jitsu, and backpacking.

Owen Bradley

Owen grew up in Upton, Massachusetts, and graduated from the US Merchant Marine Academy in 2018 with a B.S. in Maritime Logistics and Security. Following graduation, he was commissioned as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the US Air Force and was assigned to the 87th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. Owen's additional assignments include the 87th Mission Support Group, 305th Aerial Port Squadron, and the 633d Logistics Readiness Squadron, as well as a deployment with the 378th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron to Prince Sultan Air Base Saudi Arabia where he served as the unit's Director of Operations in support of Operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield. He continues to serve in a reserve capacity as the Director of Logistics, Engineering, and Aircraft Maintenance for the 108th Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard. Owen is joined at Tuck by his wife Sara, and in his free time, enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and cooking.

Emma Branski

Emma Branski – U.S. Air Force

Emma grew up in Blue Springs, Missouri, and enlisted in the Air Force in 2018. She studied Arabic at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. She served as an airborne cryptologic linguist at the 97th Intelligence Squadron, onboard the RC-135 Rivet Joint, where she deployed to the Middle East and Europe in support of both combat and peacetime operations. She completed her B.A. in International Studies with a minor in Economics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She was selected to instruct at the 338th Combat Training Squadron, where she served as the subject matter expert for the aircrew training program. Emma is a first year MBA Candidate at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted partner to her fiancé, Erin, and a proud dog mom to Sully. She enjoys CrossFit, sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ryan Burke

Ryan was born and raised in Topsfield, Massachusetts. He commissioned out of West Point in 2017 with a B.S. in French and Chinese. Upon graduation, he served as an Infantry Officer in the 101st Airborne Division for 3 years, including an operational rotation in support of Operation Southern Guardian. Ryan finished his service as a Ranger Instructor and Combat Diver at the 6th Ranger Training Battalion, where he trained thousands of young military leaders in organizational management under stress. Ryan is the proud husband of Kitty and dedicated father of Virginia May. He enjoys reading, working out, Dungeons and Dragons, and mocktails.

Erin grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2017 with a B.A. in Government. She commissioned as an active duty Aviation Officer and attended flight school at Ft. Novosel Alabama. Erin began her career as a UH60 Blackhawk pilot and platoon leader at Ft. Riley Kansas, where she completed two operational rotations in Eastern Europe, planning and executing operations in Tukey, Germany, Romania and Latvia. Following her time in Kansas, Erin was assigned to Ft. Carson, Colorado, where she served as a Company Commander, Division Aviation Officer and Brigade Chief of Operations. Her time in Colorado included an additional rotation to Eastern Europe, this time to Poland with the 4th Infantry Division Headquarters. Erin is currently a first year MBA candidate at Tuck and lives in the upper valley with her husband Nevin, a third year medical student at Geisel. In her free time Erin enjoys climbing, mountaineering, traveling in her van, skiing or participating in any sport that involves adventures in the mountains.

Aidan Connly

Aidan Connly – U.S. Marine Corps

Aidan grew up in Easton, Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. After graduation, he attended Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, and then reported to The Basic School in Quantico, Virginia, where he was designated an Assault Amphibian Vehicle Officer. He completed his MOS training at Camp Pendleton, California, and was assigned to 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, becoming one of the first Marine Officers trained on the Amphibious Combat Vehicle. During his time in the Marine Corps, Aidan served as Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, and Battalion Assistant Operations Officer. His operational highlights include supporting naval security operations in Newport News, Virginia; deploying to France for mountain warfare training with the 1st Spahi Regiment; and coordinating the deployment of Marines to Norway in support of Operation Cold Response. He was also selected to assist in the strategic reorganization of his battalion during its historic transition to a new platform after 40 years. Aidan is joined at Tuck by his girlfriend, Erin. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on all Boston sports teams, especially the Boston College Eagles.

Alan Harding

Alan Harding – U.S. Marine Corps

Alan grew up in Rochester, NY, and enlisted in the Marine Corps Infantry after graduating high school in 2014. He spent the first half of his career in a F.A.S.T platoon where he supported Naval operations at Guantanamo Bay and operated as designated marksmen in the Middle East. For the second half of his career Alan served in multiple roles, including as a squad leader at 2nd Battalion, 8th Marines, a Recon and Surveillance Instructor at the Jungle Warfare Training Center, and a Mobile Assault Section Leader at the Adversary Forces Company. Upon his EAS in 2019 Alan attended Syracuse University and obtained a degree in Policy Studies. After graduating Alan joined EY’s Government Services practice in DC where he conducted business transformation and strategy projects for state and federal agencies. Alan is joined by his partner Maggy, as well as their GSD (Rook) and cat (Bubbles). In his free time Alan enjoys cooking elaborate meals, ice climbing, alpine touring, and hiking.

Andrew Hicks

Andrew Hicks – U.S. Navy

Andrew grew up in Haddon Heights, New Jersey. He attended the United States Naval Academy and graduated in 2019 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. In 2020, he began working as a DoN engineer in Washington D.C., focusing on ship signatures. He managed analyses of multiple ship classes, aiding in design optimization of current and future fleet assets. Andrew later assumed responsibility for shipyard visits, inspecting the production and installation process. These visits were performed routinely during the production of U.S. Navy vessels to ensure compliance with ship specifications. Andrew enjoys playing sports, spending time outdoors, and traveling. In his free time, you can find him supporting Philly sports and managing his (fantasy) football teams.

Clayton Hudak

Clayton Hudak – U.S. Army

Clayton is a native of northwestern Connecticut and a 2015 graduate of Boston University where he majored in International Relations. He commissioned as an Engineer Officer though ROTC and served as a platoon leader and company executive officer in the 10th Mountain Division. Clayton then completed the Civil Affairs Qualification Course, and was assigned to the 92nd Civil Affairs Battalion at Fort Bragg, NC. During this time, he led the Crisis Planning Team for US military evacuation from Ukraine and the Civil-Military Support Element commander in Poland. He completed military service as the Assistant Operations Officer for 2nd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group. Prior to Tuck, he worked as a business development lead for Flyby Robotics, a seed-stage startup integrating machine learning with US-built drones. Clayton is currently enrolled at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He enjoys skiing, mountaineering, and trying new restaurants in the local area.

Chandler King

Chandler spent the past eight years as a Navy Special Operations Officer, leading teams across four continents in response to explosive and environmental crises. Most recently, he served as the lead for Navy Nuclear Emergency Response on the eastern coast of the U.S. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. While at Tuck, Chandler is excited to ski mountaineer and go backpacking with classmates as much as possible.

Jacob Lachina

Jake grew up in Thousand Oaks, California and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2018 with a B.S. in Management. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army. With nearly eight years of active-duty service, Jake had a unique Army experience with the majority of his career in the US Army World Class Athlete Program where he was a member of Team USA Rugby for 5 years. While there, he trained for the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games and competed all over the world on behalf of the nation, even winning a Pan-American Games Bronze Medal in 2019. He is heavily involved with the All-Army Rugby program as a player and coach. Jake is a proud husband and dog-dad of two German Shepards. He enjoys all sports, fishing, outdoor activities and mentoring others.

Aaron Leopold

Aaron grew up in Avon, Connecticut. He began his career as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot and platoon leader. He assessed for Civil Affairs in 2020 and took follow-on assignments within the Joint Special Operations Command and in Italy. Aaron’s time in service includes operations throughout the Middle-East, Africa, and Europe. Aaron recently completed a summer internship at Blackstone and is attending the Tuck School of Business. Aaron enjoys exploring new places and being outdoors.

Sean McClair

Sean grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2013, he enlisted in the Army as a Forward Observer and was stationed with the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He applied to the United States Military Academy through its Soldiers Admissions program where he went on to get his B.S. in Management in 2020. Upon graduation, Sean commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer and was stationed with 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery Regiment in Okinawa, Japan. While there he participated in the first ever Patriot live-fire in the Southern hemisphere in Australia and worked closely alongside the Japanese Self Defense Force. He and his family also traveled extensively throughout Japan. Sean is married to his wife Emily and has two children, Natalie (2) and Samuel (1). In his free time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and playing with his kids.

Roland Moises Montemayor

Roland grew up in Weslaco, Texas, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2020 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He was commissioned from Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island, in October 2020 as a submarine officer. He was redesignated into the Civil Engineer Corps in 2022. He became a Civil Engineer Corps Officer whose last assignment was at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. He served as a Production Officer, in charge of the utilities, transportation, and performance assessment divisions, which oversaw a $252 million, 170-person full performance Base Operating Service Contract. He obtained his Professional Engineering License in 2024, specializing in the field of chemical engineering. Roland is currently enrolled in Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He enjoys reading nonfiction, chess, hiking, snowboarding, and playing guitar in his free time. He and his wife, Vanessa, share their home with two cats, Lily and Julie.

Eric Rachell

Eric grew up in St. Louis, MO, and is a graduate of both Mizzou (B.S. in IT) and Washington University in St. Louis (M.S. in Computer Science). He enlisted in the Army Reserves as a Psychological Operations Specialist, then commissioned through Mizzou’s AFROTC program in 2019. Eric served as a cyber warfare officer at the 835th Cyberspace Operations Squadron at Scott AFB, IL, where he led technical development of malware analysis systems. He also worked as a software engineer through an Air Force Research Laboratory exchange program at SPACE CAMP, a USSF software factory in Colorado Springs, CO. After the military, Eric worked as a senior software engineer at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, where he led development of systems for processing gravitational anomaly data used in aerospace and naval applications. Eric is a first-year MBA candidate at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and is joined by his girlfriend, Lejla. He enjoys playing guitar, fixing cars, gardening a wide variety of exotic pepper plants, and caring for his five cats.

Greg Riddell

Greg grew up in Riverside, Connecticut and graduated from the University of Southern California in 2015 with a B.A. in Neuroscience and a B.A. in Human Performance. He commissioned through Naval ROTC upon graduation and earned his Wings of Gold in 2018 prior to reporting to VFA-103 Jolly Rogers for a full workup and deployment cycle aboard the USS George H.W. Bush. He is a graduate of the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), and in his last assignment served as the Adversary Standardization Officer and Russian threat subject matter expert at Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (STRIKE). In his free time, Greg enjoys running, cycling, snowboarding, and exploring the outdoors. He is also passionate about working on old cars, coffee, and alternative rock from the 90s and early 2000s.

Cody Rosenberg

Cody was born in Tennessee and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2017 with a BA in Advertising. He commissioned as an Infantry Officer and was assigned to the 2d Cavalry Squadron in Vilseck, Germany where he served as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, and S4. He also completed two rotations with Enhanced Forward Presence Battle Group Poland. Following Germany, Cody served as an intelligence officer in 2nd Brigade,11th Airborne Division in Anchorage, Alaska.

Upon graduation, she was commissioned as a Quartermaster Officer in the U.S. Army and was assigned to the 2d Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany where she deployed to Poland as part of Enhanced Forward Presence NATO Battlegroup Poland. Following her assignment at 2CR, she served as a Forward Support Company Commander in 2nd Brigade, 11th Airborne Division, in Anchorage, Alaska. Clare is married to fellow T’27 and Veteran’s Club Member, Cody Rosenberg. In her free time she loves skiing, hiking, and playing soccer.

Zach Smith

Zach hails from Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from Georgetown University in 2018 with a BS in Foreign Service. Since college baseball didn’t work out due to lack of skill and ability, Zach decided to join Army ROTC and commissioned in 2018 as an Army Aviation Officer. After flight school in Fort Novosel, Alabama, Zach served as a platoon leader and executive officer in Fort Carson, Colorado, including one deployment to Afghanistan. His most recent assignment was company commander of the headquarters company for 3-25 Aviation Regiment at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. Zach is moving to Hanover with his wife Alexis and dog Carson at the end of July. He enjoys reading historical fiction, playing recreational sports of all kinds, and meeting people from around the world. He is also a language nerd and would love the chance to practice his Spanish or Russian.

Danny Stambaugh

Danny grew up in San Diego, California, and graduated with a B.A. from Cal State Fullerton, in 2010. Upon graduation, he pursued postgraduate studies in Jerusalem, Israel, and Washington, D.C., before commissioning as an aviator in the U.S. Navy in 2013. Upon earning his wings, he flew the MH-60R in support of operations in every numbered fleet worldwide. In 2022, he joined the First Marine Expeditionary Force’s general staff, advising the Marine Corps on expediting all-domain intelligence and operational development in the Pacific. He is currently enrolled at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, accompanied by his partner, Amanda, and their 8-year-old Tamaskan, Nymeria. He enjoys baseball, surfing, hiking, experimenting with artistic mediums, and is currently learning Spanish.

Ally grew up in Maine and graduated from the U. S. Naval Academy in 2016 with a B.S. in Systems Engineering. After commissioning she attended Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland as a Mitchell Scholar and earned a M.S. in Electrical and Communications Engineering. Ally was a F/A-18 E/F jet pilot in the U.S. Navy and served with VFA-103 aboard the USS George H.W. Bush on deployment. For her last assignment she taught at the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a M.A. in Liberal Arts from nearby St. John’s College of Annapolis. Ally loves ceramics, coffee, and ice hockey. In her free time, she enjoys reading literature, hiking, and cooking.

Alex Sullivan

Alex was born in Massachusetts, and is a 2017 graduate of the University of New Hampshire where he earned in his B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs. Alex enlisted in the Navy upon completion of undergrad and took orders to Basic Underwater Demolition / SEAL Training (BUD/S), completing the selection, as well as SEAL Qualification Training (SQT) in 2019. Throughout his career, Alex served as a Medic and a Sniper, with SEAL Team One, based in San Diego, CA. Alex deployed to Saudi Arabia/Yemen, working on anti-Al-Qaeda operations as well deploying to several areas within the Indo-Pacific. Alex’s work within the regions culminated in him being one of the only junior enlisted service members to have been awarded the Legion of Merit. Presently, Alex is enrolled at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He enjoys skiing, and dirt-biking much of NE’s back-country trails.

Logan Tennis

Logan was born and raised in Mukilteo, Washington, and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2016 as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. He was assigned to the Military Intelligence Company of 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), where he supported a range of operations across the Pacific Theater. Logan was later selected for the Army’s Green to Gold Active-Duty Program and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in finance, graduating summa cum laude from Seattle University in 2021. Upon commissioning as a Finance Officer, he was assigned to 106th Finance Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade in Kaiserslautern, Germany. There, he led disbursing offices in Germany, Romania, Poland, and Italy, overseeing an expansive mission responsible for the financial support of operations across Europe and Africa. Logan is married to his wife, Natalie. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, intramural sports, binge watching a show, and enduring constant heartbreak from the Seattle Mariners.

Jack Thompson

Jack grew up in Cary, North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics. He commissioned in the Marines in March 2021 and graduated from Infantry Officer Course in March 2022. He served as a Rifle Platoon Commander and Executive Officer in 1st Battalion 1st Marines for 3 years. He is joined at Tuck by his partner Madison, also a Marine, who is working in the Center for Digital Strategies, and their dog, a German shepherd mix, Zeus. In his free time he enjoys golf, skiing, board games, and English Premier League soccer.

Joe Wright

Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Joe graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2017 with a B.A. in International Relations. He was commissioned soon after graduating in 2017 and served the last eight years as a Communication Strategy Officer and Information Operations Officer. Joe has spent the better part of the last decade bouncing between Camp Lejeune, N.C., Miramar, C.A., and most recently MacDill AFB, F.L. Joe was lucky enough to get married to his wife, Nikki, who hails from South Africa, and they’re blessed with two daughters, Demi (3) and Luca (almost 1). Joe and family spend most of their time on the trails behind Sachem village, skiing, fly-fishing, enjoying a coffee in Hanover, and making sure the girls get a good music education from the get-go.

Yuriy Voznyarskiy

Yuriy was born in Ukraine and grew up in Auburn, WA graduating from the University of Washington in 2016 with a B.A. in Political Science. Upon graduation, he worked as a frontline operations manager at Amazon in Dallas, TX and Everett, WA. Yuriy furthered his education with an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and commissioned from Army ROTC as an Armor Officer. He was stationed in Vilseck, Germany with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment and served as a Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer deploying to Kenya and conducting exercises in the Republic of Georgia and Poland. Yuriy served as a Battle Major in a multinational joint task force furthering security assistance to Ukraine before returning to his home unit to conclude his service as an Assistant Operations Officer. Presently, Yuriy is enrolled in Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. In his free time, Yuriy enjoys skiing, exploring new countries, and attempting to improve his golf game.
