STUDENT LEADERSHIP
José Luis Caraveo III T’26

José, a first-generation American, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a double major in Finance and Accountancy. Before Tuck, he spent over a decade in financial services, holding roles across wealth management, alternative investments, and business intelligence. Most recently, he served as Head of North America for Business Information & Analytics at Morgan Stanley, where he led cross-functional teams and strategic data initiatives across key business units.
This summer, José is interning in the Boston office of L.E.K. Consulting, where he will focus on Life Sciences and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT). At Tuck, he serves as a Co-Chair of the Tuck Diversity Conference, Hispanic American Student Association (HASA), and Tuck Community Consulting Club (TCCC). He is also a GenAI Student Champion, a member of LIFT, and a proud Tripod Hockey All Star.
Outside of the classroom, José enjoys watercolor painting, exploring the outdoors with his wife and young son, and restoring his classic Volvo 240.
Maddy Hinesley T’26

Maddy, a Certified Public Accountant from the North Shore of Massachusetts, brings a strong foundation in financial management and operational leadership to Tuck. Prior to business school, she served as Controller at Bobcat of Cape Cod and began her career in audit at KPMG. She has experience spanning corporate accounting, tax, and financial reporting, and is known for her initiative, adaptability, and commitment to problem solving.
This summer, Maddy is interning as a Summer Associate with Barry-Wehmiller’s Future Leaders Program in St. Louis, where she is gaining hands-on experience in strategic leadership and operations. At Tuck, she serves as a Co-Chair of the Tuck Community Consulting Club (TCCC) and a Co-Commissioner for Tripod, Tuck’s amateur hockey league. Maddy is excited to give back to the Upper Valley community that has been so generous to her and her classmates.
Outside of the classroom, Maddy values the tight-knit network and support system Tuck has provided, and is passionate about fostering inclusive, community-driven impact in her future career.
Ethan Mulvey T’26

Ethan, a first-generation college graduate from Warwick, Rhode Island, brings a dynamic background in technology, finance, and strategy consulting to Tuck. Before business school, he spent three years at McKinsey & Company, where he worked in the Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice with a focus on M&A strategy. Before consulting, he began his career at MathWorks, holding progressive roles in operations, finance, and pricing strategy.
This summer, Ethan is working as an Investment Intern at Activate in Boston, where he supports early-stage, mission driven, entrepreneurs along their fundraising journey. At Tuck, he serves as a Co-Chair of the Tuck Community Consulting Club (TCCC), a Director of the Tuck Social Venture Fund, and as a Fellow with the Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital. Ethan is passionate about leveraging his experience to support non-profits and small businesses across the Upper Valley.
Outside of the classroom, Ethan enjoys live music, hiking in the Upper Valley, and giving back through community-driven initiatives. He is also an Eagle Scout and proud New Englander.
