Tuck Gives

Tuck Gives Live Auction is back on April 5, 2024!

Tuck Gives is an annual fundraising tradition (with both a silent and live auction) that supplements the compensation that nonprofit and public sector employers can pay Tuck interns. It has raised over $1 million to support over 200 internships with a social or environmental purpose over the last 20 years.

The silent auction will run from April 2–4, and the live auction will take place on Friday, April 5. The event is organized by a group of student leaders, and is supported by the Center for Business, Government & Society, and the Career Development office. Visit the Tuck360: MBA Blog to read student stories from past Tuck Gives recipients and look out for forthcoming communications about the April event.

In 1995, two Tuck students created a fund to support summer internships with nonprofit or public sector organizations.

Tuck Gives is a program to support nonprofit and public sector interns.

The Tuck School of Business believes it has an opportunity and a civic responsibility to contribute to its community and society. Tuck Gives (Grants to Interns and Volunteers for the Environment and Society) is a program to recognize and financially support the efforts of current Tuck students who wish to complete internships with nonprofit or public sector organizations for the betterment of the environment and society. These internships are important for two reasons: they allow nonprofits, public sector and social impact organizations to benefit from the skillsets that Tuck students bring to the table and allow current students the financial flexibility to pursue career paths that directly give back to society.

Since the Tuck Gives auction began in 2001, the Tuck community, through the Tuck Gives auctions and events has raised over $1 million to support over 200 internships with a social or environmental purpose. Visit the Tuck360: MBA Blog to read student stories from past Tuck Gives recipients.
